    Longevity, although one of the main characteristics of LED, but the overall life of the LED display many factors that affect the life of the display are: product quality, the use of the environment, in general, because the outdoor display has dust, sunlight, rain and other unfavorable factors, the service life is relatively short, usually below 5 years, while the indoor display is usually 5-8 years.     What are the main features of LED displays?

    What about color uniformity when ordering new tile for an older screen

    we encapsulate the lamp ourselves, we have record for every screen we produced. it's easy for us to find out your older screen's data, according to inference in theory , we make new tile which will uniform to the older screen at utmost degree.   we have  professional white balance room . u can send back us one module of  the older screen, we test this modules' optical parameters. we make new tile according to these parameters. the new tiles will be almost the same as the older one

    The claimed life of 100000hrs of LED screen

    The life span is decided by many conditions ,  such as the total using hours per day , the operational ways  etc , so we are unable to give u the accurate hours of life span , but if u used the screen in a right way , 5 or 6 years will be no problem  normally , our warranty is 3 years with  support . we will provide free spare parts for replacement if any problem belongs to us during this period ( delivery  cost paid by customer) ; 3 years later , we provide spare parts for replacement base on certain charge , we will also suggest u buy some spare parts for future use based on our experience before exporting .

    Difference between SMD and DIP

    SMD LED chip volume is small , lower power consumption , and longer life span , because of packing together , it viewing angle is bigger , compare to DIP , SMD's brightness may be lower
    But also could reach 6500nits , enough to show clearer images at outdoor environment 
    Color consisitency  is better for SMD , and SMD LED screen using Irrigated methods sealing glue which  will guarantee to be used outdoor 

    DIP  could do very high brightness , protection grade is very well , but it's viewing angle not good to be fixed accuracy

    How to estimate the quality of LED display

    The quality  of LED display  can be determined by a lot of factors , like LED chip, encapsulation techniques  and equipment , raw materials , quality control procedures , size of modulars, flatness of cabinets , power supplies.AC and DC wires , and clean of workshop etc , All of our products are produced in meeting the ISO9001  production procedures and even for our LED lamps production , our quality control strictness are national quality controller standards .there are many factors to affect the quality of a screen , some value method should use machine to test . Usually people value the quality of a display thru 3 major sides by eyes . one is the color uniformity . The white color should be as white as snow , rather than a little pink or yellow or green , the other is viewing angle . if the surface of a screen is very flat , and LEDs  with good quality .  u will find the screen with big viewing angle 

    Performance , stability , durability and service ability . u may check the color uniformity. white balance , viewing angle. stability and durability are determined by many aspects such as the quality of raw component, manufacturing experiences and procedures , and designs etc . we wil talk about serviceability later
