Micsolar has customized a 26.26 sqm outdoor P5 high-brightness curved LED display for a Chilean customer. The screen has been successfully installed and put into use, and has received high praise for its premium quality, precise custom solution, and thoughtful full-process service.

 

The project was quite challenging due to the special installation environment: some areas had maintenance access while others did not, and a specific curved screen design was required. To perfectly meet the client’s needs, the Micsolar team used three types of cabinets: standard outdoor waterproof cabinets, front-maintenance cabinets, and curved cabinets. This solved maintenance issues in different zones and accurately achieved the desired curved shape.

 

The display measures 9.12m in length and 2.88m in height. The curved section uses special 1120×960mm curved cabinets. Based on the client’s installation structure, we provided a tailored splicing plan that allows flexible adjustment of the screen curvature, ensuring a perfect fit with the site and optimal visual performance.

 

To ensure smooth installation, Micsolar provided full technical support, including detailed drawings for cabinets, electrical installation, and network cable connections, plus a complete installation guide. With professional guidance from our team, the client completed installation and commissioning efficiently.
